1. Alhamdulillah, with the rahmah of Allah, me and my team have been blessed by Allah to conduct the Nadwah Kepimpinan Al-Fatih for all KISAS students from Form Four to Upper Six on 22-24 June 2023.
2. It’s not easy to control a spiritual-motivational program with 760 students in a short period of time, just one day, with a very limited facilitator team.

3. I have thought many times whether to accept it or not, but Ustazah Siti Hilmiyah reminded me that this is not just a “consultant” invitation to create a program, but rather a responsibility and “amanah” from “bumi waqafan” to help the younger teenagers here understand the purpose of life and having role models in life to emulate.
4. As 22-24 years ago, I am indebted to so many “tarbiyah” programs that were organized by BADAR and KISAS, just like how the students here greatly need. However, this programs need to be systematically arranged, and the learning process must encompass visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and digital aspects.
5. So, after KISAS agreed to trust Paradigma Ibrah Sdn. Bhd. and Mubeena Academy with this responsibility, the first thing we did was to identify the main “spiritual” problems faced by the students here.
6. Out of the five main problems, we came up with five important values to implement throughout the 24-hour program with the participants, together with my team, whether it be in the Dewan Besar Ulil Albab or their respective musolla. The intense program schedule requires us to make the most of every passing minute here, alongside the students.

7. From those five values of “F-A-T-I-H”, I connect them with the fundamentals of solat before linking them to the story of Muhammad al-Fatih in 1453.
8. For each of those five values, my team and I are thinking about what the most important point of the lecture is for students to know and what the most impactful activity is for students to do.
9. The students were thrilled to sing the al-Fatih nasheed that I wrote the lyrics for about 12 years ago with spirited music composed by the Turkish composer, Bestaci Can Atilla.

10. Considering the large number of participants, I instruct all 15 of my facilitators to apply the “F.A.S.I” concept throughout the 24 hours that the participants are with us.
F: Focus (monitoring the students, particularly at the back of the hall, to ensure they pay attention to the interactive lecture that I am conducting)
A: Activities (monitoring that each activity directed by the facilitators is carried out properly by the students) –
S: Smile (real dakwah begins with a smile, real dakwah starts after “tasbih kaffarah”, in the musolla, dining hall, dorm etc.)
I: Intimacy (building long-term relationships after the program ends officially)

11. Once again, I would like to express my endless gratitude and جزاكم الله خيرا كثيرا to Ustazah Siti Hilmiah, Ustazah Hasya, and all the asatizah who worked tirelessly to make this Nadwah a success.
12. Also, to the future Dai Muda YADIM, Brother Aniq, who directed this program, and all the facilitators from Mubeena Academy who came from near and far, some of them came all the way from Kelantan and Terengganu.
13. May the excellence of the facilitators in both academics and syakhsiah during their time in school indirectly become a form of da’wah to all students in KISAS who attended this Nadwah.
